Desde que vi la pelicula cuando era pequeño y hasta ahora mis treinta y bastantes años, nunca entendi el porque de la bofetada, bendita inocencia que tanto me ha durado y que tanto echo de menos amigos.

Supongo que la bofetada tan sólo aporta una carga dramática a la escena. Yo, al menos, no le veo más sentido. ¿Alguien tiene alguna sugerencia?
